With our experienced team and years of company-sepcific experience, we select those employees that have the highest potential of being transformed into entreployees.
Over a six-month period, employees will solve challenges, innovate and learn. Two pitch sessions, after 3 and 6 months respectively, will culminate the innovative practices.
Our platform has been designed by experts to optimise learning behaviour. We offer a variety of courses that help learners to discover new (digital) opportunities, code, or lead teams. All of our content is based on Halversen's blended learning and our own, unique challenge-driven approach.
We do not believe in curricula, we believe in the complexity and interdependency of learned content. Rather than a list-view curriculum, our content is organised in a map-view that is adaptable and cybernetik.
Level up and achieve higher ranks. Points earned can be exchanged for professional coaching, consulting services and access to invite-only events.
